Rooftops (Roof Camera Perspective)

Rooftops introduces a new roof perspective which increases situational awareness compared to traditional first person views.
The associated camera positions to look behind are placed ahead of the driven car and allow oversight over the whole vehicle and the immediate surroundings.

Extent:
Roof perspectives are implemented for all standard cars of the base game.
Support for special vehicles is planned for future releases.

Notes:
Conflict-free with online multiplayer and the new tournament mode.
The new camera perspective is also present in replays.
The perspective is 'added' by 'overwriting' the existing hood perspective.
Rooftops modifies the vehicle specific camera files. It works alongside mods that only change global camera settings, e.g. rigid camera mods.

Update:
I have not played Wreckfest for a few months now and so this mod has not seen any progress. For the time being I would not expect to see an update any time soon. That aside Rooftops is feature complete and only minor but time consuming tweaks are left for perfection. If there are any suggestions for improvements I would still consider implementing smaller changes.

Both have not reacted to my attempts so that I cannot support these for now.
