Chaos Invasion Hates Everyone

For some reason, the Chaos Invasion factions can be at a neutral, and at worst, a moderately hateful disposition towards the factions in the game.

Now they have a flat -500 diplomacy value for every other faction in the game, with there being no way to get on better terms. They remember their grudges.
