Fisherman Docks made by Lord Rato

This asset as well as its extension keep their original size meaning that because I couldn't narrow the default piers for a fishing harbor from the Sunset Harbor DLC, you will need to add Lord Rato's original park to act as a dummy pier for either starting or return point, whichever you like.

When you decide to have few of these next to each other, the best would be to place one dock, set the route first and then place next one and so on... otherwise you may get easily mixed up - see one of the screenshots attached.


Properties are adjusted as well, much lower than SH Fishing Harbour - and this one is the same as Fishing Harbour; if required I can make Anchovy, Salmon, Shelfish and Tuna Harbors later
