Pripyat (Chernobyl) ferris wheel

Soviet ferris wheel based off of the famous Pripyat (Chernobyl) ferris wheel. It serves as culture building.

I also included a recolored version by Comrade Joe

The asset is designed for animations, so once animations are implemented, I will add animations, but they currently won't work in the game.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NON-ASPHALT BASES: Currently, the game does NOT support custom bases (only asphalt and dirt). That means I had to create a concrete''building'' that won't match the terrain height. Make sure that you level the land very well, and make sure the ground does not stick through the lot before you build it. You might also want to fast build it and reload saves to make sure it won't have the ground sticking through it. This is the best we can do until the game is updated to allow custom bases.
