Amtrak Phase 3 Side Rod

Description
(Trying to get the red, white and blue stripes to line-up properly was a right pain).

(Phase 3 is my personal favourite of all the Amtrak liveries, simply because I think it's the best looking out of all their liveries. My 2nd favourite is Phase 5).

(If you have a particular livery you'd like me to make, you may leave a request in the comments. However, if you do not word your request as a question, I will not honour your request. This is because I absolutely hate it when some people think they can just say something like 'make duck from Thomas and Friends' and expect me to go along with the idea, because that makes me think that they're just telling me to do something instead of asking. I do not allow that sort of attitude in the comments section on my re-skins).

('make wilson from chuggington' or 'make Jubilee from underground ernie' are examples of the WRONG way to word a request. Again, if you word your request like that, I will NOT honour it).

Amtrak is one of the more well-known railway companies out there. The company was launched on May 1st, 1971, and took over the vast majority of long-distance passenger trains in the United States of America. Initially Amtrak didn't have a corporate livery, and instead their inherited engines (and coaches, for that matter) continued running in the liveries of the previous railroads. This resulted in the so-called 'Rainbow Era'. I first heard that term in an episode of the YouTube series 'Engines of Amtrak' by AmtrakGuy365.

The Phase 3 livery was first introduced in 1976, the same year in which the famous EMD F40PH was first introduced. It is a relatively basic livery, which consists of a grey body with black roof and red, white, blue stripes running around all sides of the locomotive. Some locomotive types that went on to carry this livery are as follows:

EMD AEM-7
EMD F40PH (and F40PHR)
EMD GP7
EMD SDP-40F
General Electric 45 tonner
General Electric E60 series
General Electric P30CH

I don't know enough about Amtrak to tell you every single locomotive type that carried Phase 3. And to clarify, F40PHR's are F40PH locomotives that were largely made-up of parts re-used from the frequently unreliable SDP-40F's.

While Phase 3 has largely disappeared from the Amtrak scene today, there are at least three locomotives and one Non-Powered Control Unit that still carry this livery (as well as a large number of passenger cars). These locomotives are as follows:

145 (GE P42DC)
406 (NPCU, rebuilt from an F40PH)
711 (GE P32AC-DM)
822 (GE P40DC)

Is it ok if you recreate a mod with a new paint scheme? And if so, is it ok if I show the link?

My personal favorite Amtrak locomotive will ALWAYS be the F40PH. I also like the Phase 3 Scheme. Phase 5 feels kinda bland. I also really like the SDP40F
