AI Cars With Varied Armor

This is a mod (for my own use) that I made prior to launch for the console version (August 2019). I recently tested it on the current version of the game, and it works.
Add variants to PC vehicles for custom events, such as protection, more paint work, and some visuals (such as spoilers, exhaust pipes, etc.)
Only applies to all 27 existing vehicles (not counting specials) until before the August 2019 update.
Take this into account since I don't know if there could be any problem when using it (the testing I did with the current version of the game was very superficial).
