This is a 2x2 straight (non-corner) L1 Commercial High building based on the Givenchy building in Seoul. It works best as a corner building.

Screenshots were taken with  Photorealistic_lut_Final_by_Reaper which I highly recommend. The asset has been fine-tuned for saturation and brightness but please feel free to leave me suggestions and I will consider tweaking it in further updates.
