Basic Ui Enhancement

Description
Adds a small UI element above the toolbar that shows current / max HP, Energy, and Base Attack. As an added bonus it turns red if your close to death but otherwise stays the normal white text. Please let me know if you find any issues or have suggestions. :)

void is same as space and same as abyss and same as underworld or world of the deads

The text in the void that tells you how many enemies are left is obscured. Maybe place the text just below the player's XP bar instead?
