Adds a Harpoon that allows you to pull ships around, requires a new upgraded Ballista.

Ballista and Harpoons can be upgraded in the Smithy

Thanks to Bowman for the harpoon icon and mesh.

Future ideas:

Allow smaller ships to pull bigger ships at slower speeds
Allow multiple ships to pull one ship.

would love this mod to get an update that allows npc crew to use the ballista to grapple the enemy ships lol would be fun having them hold the ship while i drag them around

While playing with this in SP (yes it does work to an extent, rope breaks often but still fun) I came up with an idea you may be interested in and that is to make a mod which allows small ships to tie up at docks (such as Klinger). The idea came to me while watching my sloop being pushed around because the water at the docks was too deep to anchor.
