Description
SS Tanzanite was ordered in 1901 after the sinking of the Ametrine in the Boer War. She suffered a collision in 1943 which she survived. She was torpedoed when she was trying to beach herself. This was the final blow and she rolled over and sank. There were no fatalities.

Is this a passenger cargo ship or JUST a cargo ship?
