Seymour 3 way interchange + Ave

This is a 3 way interchange with direct freeway access all directions. As well as a short avenue drop. Requires network extensions for 2 lane and 4 lane highways. Heights got from 0-24m.

Medium density highway exit on the avenue. TMPE with lane management and junction restrictions improve the flow quite a bit.
