2 skill points per level -- With Skill Dump

Description
This mod adds 2 skill points per level up. It is for everyone, AI, Humans. All the Lords / Heroes and anything else that levels up and has a skill tree. This also adds a skill dump to the units skill tree. Each point into the dump adds 1% health capping out at 100 points spent.

I confederated a wood elves faction, and their lord was lvl 13 but spent almost all his points in the skill dump 😂😭. Can we lock skill dump until they hit a certain lvl?

I will most likely make ones for 2 and maybe 4 but I will see when the time comes, for now since it just released workshop this one is fine.

maybe abit of an over ambitious question but i really like mixu's mods that add extra lords and such and i notice that this mod doesnt work for those added lords, is itpossible to even do that or if it is do-able would you be ablke/willing to make it?
