Looks like the Alpha 12 Phase 4 changed the CPU requirements a bit. It is a little over-CPU for Tier 1. Removed the (4) 2x2 hover engines and placed (12) 1x1. This also means L7 unlock now. Removed one harvester and one cargo extension. Now just within limits. Still have to test her, but I expect the slightly reduced hover strength will not be a huge issue. Especially with one harvester removed as well.

CPU and power wise it works better than the original in A12P4.

I'm finding it listing to a side (by about 10-15 degrees) at 65% full of ore/rock (40t) and it's a bit harder to control when mining. More than once I've ended up on my "side" and plenty of holding O to auto-level has been needed.

May need some minor tweaking, but a solid effort so far!
