PMW-HV-Kyukyusha (lvl 12 CPU T3 offensive ambulance)

PMW proudly presents the Kyukyusha, a HV that can take on the early game POIs, commissioned by Xcaliber for the Anvil's april design challenge: a charity stream, all donations/earnings went towards Direct Relief Covid19. The theme of the challenge was; first aid.

This cheap little HV goes by the Tsung Tsu's wisdom; attack is the best defence. It has ample defences and everything aboard to sustain you on your early to mid game POI looting spree! A decent cargo capacity, constructor and all other possible devices installed, including a shield.
Bonus; 2 empty LCD's on the side where you can put your clan tag or insults to your enemies.
