Increased Nuke Range

Description
Simple mod to increase WMD range (Default ranges 12 & 15)

Very minor maintenance increase (+1 & +2)

Please be aware that aircraft still have the same default range, as their normal attack range is unchanged. Missiles have the modified longer ranges


- Increases Nuclear Device range to 25.
- Maintenance increased by 1 to 15GPT.

- Thermonuclear Device range increased to 35.
- Maintenance increased by 2 to 18GPT.

So glad I found this. I was playing a game where I had built missile fields in several locations across my continent thinking that the range would be similar to reality where these things can strike almost anywhere and was very disappointed to see that they didnt even reach the other continent. Now it is actually scary to see someone else having nukes and makes the game much better

@Bob Beelze It should work with saved games because it just updates the database with a new value. However I would always recommend a new save.
