[Outfit mod for Gladio]

I gave Gladio Rude's suit~ he looks like a ceo or crime boss now lol

Rigging the jacket was pretty difficult, as you have to use the Crownsguard Fatigues jacket set up, but I managed to get it pretty okay - it will move and sway when moving.

I tried rigging Rude's belt chain to Gladio's -- but since Gladio's chain is only one strand, while Rude has three, the result was really bad so I left it out.

Also sorry Gladio's neck will clip when he does an extreme turn of his head - I could've weighted the shirt collar to his neck, but then that area would stretch and look really bad when he turned his head slightly, which is even worse than the occasional neck clipping IMO.

FF7R models heavily use repeated supplementary normal map patterns, so I tried to replicate that a bit but unfortunately the fidelity of such an effect is impossible to replicate since that uses a special shader to overlay, while here I had to apply directly to the texture with a poor shader - the effect achieved here is still much better in appearance than how the model looked with its standard normal map though.
