Skaven Tech

Description
This mod has been stalled in an almost-complete state for months due to real life, so I've decided to release it now minus a few features I had hoped to add.

This is a CC-viable imagining of the Skaven from Warhammer Fantasy. They're a bunch of awful rat-people armed with a mixture of edged weapons and iffy firearms. They do, however, have some fairly good heavy weapons.

Actors:
--Clanrat: Cheap, squishy, and inconsistently-armored, the brown clanrats make up the backbone of the Skaven army. They routinely die in spectacular numbers to achieve their warlord's goals.
--Stormvermin: Relatively expensive, tough, and clad in superior armor over stylish black fur. You can trust these elite troops to carry your best weapons without immediately dropping them in terror and/or death.

Weapons:
--Skaven Shield: A terrible shield by most measures, but light and cheap.
--Skaven Sword: A melee weapon with short reach and fast attacks.
--Skaven Glaive: A melee weapon with less-bad reach and slow attacks.
--Kalas-Nicoff: A scavenged AK-47 with inferior accuracy and a tendency to jam, forcing the user to reload at inconvenient times. It can be wielded with a shield.
--Warplock Handgun: A rather powerful single-shot rifle. With careful aim, it can be devastating; otherwise, it's useless.
--Warplock Repeating Handgun: This rifle, featuring eight individually-loaded barrels, is the Skaven's only middle ground between spraying bullets everywhere and precise single-shots.
--Short Warplock Jezzail: It's a bigger single-shot rifle, featuring more power and range.
--Warpfire Thrower: A large flamethrower with an unusually long range. The first actor to equip it gets a backpack that grants an infinite magazine.
--Portable Warp Lighting Cannon: The Skaven answer to a rocket launcher, this shoulder-mounted weapon shoots a bolt of lightning after a short charge-up.
--Ratling Gun: Rat minigun! What it lacks in accuracy, it makes up for in infinite ammo from a backpack drum provided to its first user. However, it can jam if fired in long bursts.

You can improve it and publish your improved version. I'd recommend starting with the Cortex Command Community Project version in this case. However, I won't be doing any more work on this mod in the future.

@Benny98
Probably the mod. CC AI doesn't really understand melee weapons, and has to be modified in order to use them properly. In fact, as far as the engine is concerned, all melee weapons literally are guns.

I do not know if it is a problem with me or with the mod, but the rats seem to be using their melee weapons as if they were guns

MANY OF YES-YES.

@FishBones
I have no idea why. Absent any information about your issue, my best guess is a mod count problem; if you have lots of mods installed, CC starts to just not acknowledge some of them.
