Default Class Rebalance [WOTC]

Description
Alternate composition for soldier classes.
This mod modifies soldier level-up stats and a few ability trees for the default classes. Affects Ranger, Grenadier, Specialist, Sharpshooter, Reaper, Skirmisher and Templar.

--- Give me the stats NOW! ---
Normally each soldier will earn stats with each promotion. By the time they reach max rank, most classes will have earned +6 HP, +15 Aim, and +15 Hack (or +4 HP and +26 Aim for Sharpshooter and Reaper).

This mod will take all of those bonus stats and give them to soldiers at Squaddie rank, instead of having to earn them from level-ups. This aims to flatten the power curve between a Squaddie and Colonel. Since you already have the stats, the only benefit to promotions now, will be for abilities.

--- Ranger Updates ---
- Default equipped weapon changed from Shotgun to Assault Rifle (but can still use Shotguns).
- Bladestorm moved from Rank 5 to 6 (powerful ability)
- Deep Cover moved from Rank 6 to 5
- Shadowstep moved from Rank 3 to 5 (powerful ability)
- Conceal moved from Rank 4 to 3
- Implacable moved from Rank 5 to 4

--- XP Updates ---
This only affects the Ranger, Reaper and Templar (units that get a lot of kills).
- Required amount of Assist XP to count as 1 Kill XP increased from 4 to 6.

When the mod is enabled or disabled, any existing soldiers will retain the class composition that was assigned to them at the time that they promoted to Squaddie.

The early game of XCOM is particularly difficult, and it just seems to get easier over time (which is backwards, shouldn't it be easier early on and then get more difficulty later?). But anyway, having the stats from the beginning flattens the power curve between Squaddie and Colonel -- the difference between the lowest power level and higher power level is not as great. So the overall game difficulty should stay around the same whether it is early-game or late-game. Detecuhmahfix also made a good point of some players prefering to play casually rather than hardcore.

Seems a bit harsh. Yeah, this'll make the early game more forgiving, but you can counteract that by starting on a higher force level or increasing pod sizes. Some players are more casual too, and might not like the "That's Xcom" one shot rookie kills. I play on Beta Strike for that very reason.

So this will give us 10HP Squaddies? How is this balanced?
