Dock

Description
This is a small dock created for the dock/port build challenge on the Stormworker Discord server.

Features:
-Reception with barrier
-Small Shop
-Restaurant
-Automatic lighting system (time based)
-Generator
-(Sort of) working water fountain
-Mooring lines
-Refueling

The Dock is meant to be spawned in stationary with a mission.
The lighter line on the Stilts is showing where the waterline sould be.

Worked fine when i last tried it but its pretty old so there might be some issues with it

I cant spawn it as a mission
