Description
PN 8711 is an SD60 built in 1984 to be used by EMD as a demonstrator locomotive. Served with Conrail and CSX, and retired in 2017. Purchased in 2019 by Pennsylvania Northeastern, currently running CSX colors with Pennsylvania Northeastern lettering.
