Description

After built Flood Barrier for all cities, do you want to bring enemies' cities without Flood Barrier under the sea level? You can use this mod to increase CO2 of the environment!

This mod added 3 Projects which can release large amounts of CO2 into the environment, two of these need resources.
These Projects unlock by industrialization tech, need Industrial zone.
