bench with ad boards 2 park by SvenBerlin

this is a bench with advertising boards

I released it before as a prop. But only place it as a prop in game has no function, thats why I released it now as a park version. So when you place this bench, the maximum of 16 people will come to take a seat on it.

I am sorry I forgot to link the needed tram station prop pack. You can choose the "bench with advertising props" files and save them local, if you dont want all props from this pack.

Oh! Personally I would love to have In-N-Out, Del Taco, and some kind of local realtor. I don't know about your neck of the woods, but in the US, those realtor ads are super common on bus benches. Is it the same three on the back as on the front? If not, then I'd add Carl's Jr, Gold's Gym (or any gym really), and a movie like Avengers or Fast & Furious or any big blockbuster type movie.
