Description
THIS BLEUPRINT WAS BUILD IN EXPERIMENTAL 12.4.2.

The HV Factory is the 3rd base in the Orbiter Fleet in the Nexus Space Industries Line to be put into service under NSI.

This medium base is build as a outpost or modular part of your main base. This base was build as a place where i could build small Hover vessels.

This Base has been build with a couple facilities around the base:
- Medical
- Workshop
- Large Cargo Storage
- 4 HV Hangars
- Cafeteria
- Armory
