Mike, but screaming

Description
After Mike's amazing job in voicing characters in Insurgency, i was kinda disappointed in his emotionless voicing here. Not that i don't like it, but i like his voice in Insurgency more.

This mod replaces Tsarouhas' command voice lines that you can call from radial menu.

It's alright, I loved his lines in Insurgency and I instantly subscribed, good job.

Shame that i couldn't find enough materials to change every Mikee's line in NMRIH. For example i can't change his phrases when he is checking how much ammo he got left because i couldn't find any voice line where he would name any numeral so those lines are still boring. I even had problems trying to change "Thank you" lines because he never thanked anyone in insurgency.

He sure did a better job in Insurgency.
