Stygian Embrace in PvE

Description
Adds Stygian Embrace to Occultist as an 8th skill from the new DLC Butcher's Circus!
Does not actually require the DLC to be active on the save to use.

Buffs CRIT by 6/7/8/9/10% instead of stress done.
Heal: 0-1/0-1/1-1/1-1/1-2
Stealth: 2 rds

Here is a version that replaces Weakening Curse with Stygian Embrace and does not adjust the hero panel screen.

Works mid-save.

Oh, my bad, tested it some time ago and it hasn't worked without dlc, now it works perfectly, probably it was mod conflict.Thanks for the reply!

This mod definitely works without enabling Butcher's circus. I made it without having it enabled.

Could you make a vesion which works without enabled butcher circus dlc?
Because enabling it sadly causes a lot of problems in other mods

I think it should cause horror to be more balanced. 3 per turn while stealthed maybe?
