Rock n' Roll Racing

Description
This game puts four pilots against each other, two can be controlled by 2 players and the rest are controlled by the game's AI. The races are viewed from an isometric perspective. Background music consists of various heavy metal and rock n' roll tracks.
(This mod requires the Comix Zone DLC to run it.)

it says this is only for PAL and French mega drive, is this how it was made? is there a NA version of this for comix zone?

It only shows up a message when booted up and doesn't let me leave that screen.
