Gem and Diamond Mines (1.0)

Description
In its current state of the game, there are no stations or mines producing neither gems or diamonds. With this mod you will be able to fix that, it will allow you to found gem and diamond mines from claimable asteroids. (updated for 1.0) original by NapALot

yes the AI can generate the new mines

Does that last comment imply the AI factions will have the new mine types as well? Sorry if I'm missing the obvious here, but the description only mentions player founded mines.

should be savegame compatible and will only apply to newly generated sectors
