Vex's Unfinished Collection of Tools, Weapons, and Other Things

Description
This adds the following:
- A one handed hoe, crafted with 10 iron bars and 5 string at the foraging table
- A metal watering can, crafted with 5 iron bars at the foraging table
- A fist weapon for my oc. crafted via your hands, uses avikan hunting type.
- Platinum ore now gives 2 platinum bars
- Fixed Platinum Bars

Fixed platinum bars.

Platinum bars now give 2 ores, and claw caps now use avikan hunting type.
