This is a Double Decker bus mod

It also has:
- a normal bus
- a triple decker
- a multi purpuse truck
- another truck
- and a few DECK fixtures in the sunroof tab

I have seen a picture of someone making a 65 decker bus with the body and the deck fictures, so yes, it has to work in open beta
