[CTVehicles] 1959 GAZ-M13 Chaika Pack (+simfphys)

The 1959 GAZ-M13 Chaika (Seagull in English) ported by me as a driveable source vehicle (prop_vehicle_jeep), converted to Simfphys by HUSKY

-GAZ-13 (Saloon)
-GAZ-13B (Cabriolet)

-Decently detailed exterior and interior
-Removable seats bodygroup
-Wedding car ring bodygroup
-License plate bodygroup
-Spawns with some selected colours
-Full VCMod support with submaterial lighting

Serverside ConVars:
ctv_selective_color_enabled - Enables the vehicle to spawn with certain selected colours

ConVar Values:
"0" - disabled
"1" - enabled

-Scale of the car is incorrect. However, no rework is planned yet.

Q: Simfphys no work!!1
A: Download Simfphys Base .

Q: Since u have simfphys, poot it in req items!
A: Simfphys base is an OPTIONAL pack. If you want the simfphys version, download Simfphys Base .

Q: Da hek why texture still no show but I dl shared Tex alr?
A: Steam downloading bug, delete both shared texture and vehicle .gma files to allow a complete redownload.
