Bioshock (Welcome to Rapture Window)

Description
A window from what I would imagine would be a hotel/apartment room in the underwater city Rapture from the game Bioshock.

Animation/Edits:
-Moving water in window
-Bubbles
-Light Shaft
-Some fog/smoke
-Some lighting inside and out
-One of the best music pieces - Main Title - Going Up Going Down. The song plays through the classic Beyond the Sea, then you get a little spooky action, and finally the beautiful orchestral sound, back into a little spooky, then the terrific orchestral ending bit ends the song. (Song created by amazing composer Garry Schyman)

I lost the editing files, so if you have any suggestions, I suggest you take a shot at making this wallpaper.

well now its flickering like a madman again...funny one year after I mention it was fixed.

I think the latest update fixed it idk it looks better now.

I dont know how it is for others, but I just got a new PC and accidentally deleted all of my wallpaper engine files, so I cant edit any of my wallpapers.
FOr some reason, this wallpaper is now flickering like a mad man, when the flickering part was more soft like a flickering flame or something, idk what to do.
