Description
Increases all upkeep for player & AI by +80%.

Be forewarned that the new values do not appear on unit cards when viewed through the building browser, only in the recruitment screen or when in your army. I may upload another version that increases the upkeep even more after playing around with the new value. Right now it feels okay.
