Shepian Classic V2

Description
-- UPDATE 2022: Reduced vertical size of traffic - messy clusters will be much easier to make sense of now, without need to raise the camera! --
(screenshots from old version)

Unfinished skin that has been sitting around on my hard drive for a few years;

A softer, cleaner, easy-on-the-eyes version of the "classic" skin, with a ton of tweaks!
Has a low camera for nice sense of speed, at some compromise of visibility.

Cliff (shiny road base) render distance extended, for spectacular scenery generated by music, works great with long songs/marathons!

Changes since the original version

> Further improvement to thrusters (longer, smoother, better alignment)
> Softened the flashes caused by traffic reaching the ship
> Custom color-changing background (see screenshots)
> See-through Cliff (shiny road base), for another way too see ahead, creating a reflection-like effect with the rings, and making for cleaner visuals by making the Cliff shader less 'in your face'
> Increased max length of Cliff, for much more spectacular scenery with long songs/marathons, at the expense of some smoothness
> Removed floating/flashing particles
> Removed skywires (without AS1's smooth animation, they just don't look good anymore)
> Removed finish object
> Removed vertical light beams
> Rarer rings
> Tweaked dynamic color palette for more use of colder colors during low intensity
> Looser camera at high intensity (could be strange at first, but I quite like it, as it keeps the visibility clearer while moving around, and contributes to the sense of speed by staying more centered)
> Other camera tweaks
> Darkened, higher-contrast ship
> Widened ship model
> Lowered max ship hover height (now lower than original, instead of higher)
> Lowered glow shader brightness in a few places
> Other small changes

Wait, unfinished?
Rare songs can present clipping/pop-in issues, but it's generally very usable! :)

Any feedback is very much welcome! :)
