Making Nukes more devastating!

- Vanilla Fallout modifier with boosted stats
- Divisions standing in the target provinces will be wiped out big time!
- Recruitable popultation in the affected state down by 70%. (Thermonuclear by 90%)
- Supply impact and Truck attrition added

Tested with 1.15.3 (Kaiser)

remember not to use it with global mods, it doesn't crash vanilla but crashes them

Updated. Please try again. Remember that this mod has only been tested with the vanilla game.
In case of any CTD please provide more info on when exactly it occurs.
