90 planetary and 20 coporation building slots + 8 districts support

I'm not good at design, so I couldn't fill those right emptiness.

@Der_Scanner yes. scrolling would be cool. but I couldn't make it without changing layout of components. and It is already there by orrie. so I focus on why planet window became so big unproportionally to 1080 resolution.

I prefer a scrolling option for the building-icons.
That minimize the height oft he window.

For temporary, a scale with x.75 will be ok, to use the window-buttons and have more lots.
