No, this mod must be loaded on both the client and server to function correctly. Since it modifies optics rendering, night vision compatibility, and UI elements, these changes need to be present on the client side for players to experience the intended effects.
Thanks to everyone who reported issues with the rangefinder and red dot optics—we’ve got great news! 🎯
✅ Rangefinder Now Fully Functional! The recent 1.27 update caused distance readings to break, but this has now been fixed. You can once again get accurate measurements while using NVGs.
✅ Red Dot & Holo Optics Now Work with NVGs! No more invisible reticles—Kobra, Reflex, and other red dot sights are now fully compatible and will remain visible in low-light conditions.
This update ensures a smooth NVG experience across all optics, including both magnified and non-magnified sights. If you’re still encountering any issues, let us know in the comments or join our Discord!
