Snowii Balance Overhaul Patch Beta 0.6

The Vanilla Balance Patch is meant to redesign the Kenshi experience to encourage more thoughtful gameplay choices, more interesting battles with more player interactment, and an overall rebalancing of aspects of the game that are too out of line with the others.

This is the beta patch based entirely on my own experience. I intend to change values based on user feedback and release large patches monthly with occasional smaller patches and hotfixes. I can't know everything about the game, so feedback helps more than you could imagine.

Much of the game has been completely redesigned on a gameplay level, however I have yet to scratch the surface on things that could be adjusted for non-first-time-players. Full change notes including numbers and explanations listed in the change log.

**New** Research Edgewalkers II
-Enables crafting of Edge Type II weaponry for weaponsmiths level 75+
-Critical Success will result in Edge Type III
-Will Replace Edge Type I in the crafting menu
-Research cost: 4 AI Cores

**New** Research Edgewalkers III
-Enables crafting of Edge Type III weaponry for weaponsmiths level 80+
-Critical Success will result in Meitou Grade Weaponry
-Will Replace Edge Type II in the crafting menu
-Research cost: 4 AI Cores

**New** Research: Meitou Incarnate
-Enables crafting of Meitou Grade weaponry for weaponsmiths level 90+
-Critical Success will result in Snowii's Grade
-Research Requirements: Edgewalkers III
-Research cost: 8 AI Cores, 16 Engineering Research, 24 Ancient Science Books


-Research: "Edgewalkers" renamed to: "Edgewalkers I"

-Meitou stats slightly nerfed.
-Snowii's stats equal to old Meitou.
-Bosses with Meitou grade weapons now have a 50% chance to wield a Snowii's Grade Weapon to avoid making all bosses overall weaker. Some will still wield Meitou to keep things somewhat lore-friendly.
