My take on Appa from Avatar (minus flight). Medium speed, can carry up to 3 small parts in campaign mode. Can go on land quickly, or in water slowly when under load.

Controls:
WASD: drive
Up/Down Arrow: raises and lowers top
Left/Right Arrow: controls front grabbing device
Q/E: contrtols bottom of grabing device
LSHIFT: booster for hills

Works best on level ground, but you can grab from most angles. Replace big pontoons for medium ones and it will still work (but you lose the ability to grab in water). Use front grabbing in motion with bottom grabbing to put parts into the storage area.
