Require Norbyte's Script Extender
Description
Bored of your teammates taking ages to decide ? Do you want some more difficulty ?
This mod enable a turn timer. By default, you have 60 seconds to do your turn (summons have 30). At 0, your turn automatically end.

If you have the extender console activated, you can press Enter to enter commands. Each command have the ! prefix, and you can customize the mod from there (you can type !Help to have this list). Here is the list of commands :
- SetTurnTime <integer> #Default : 60 | Change the turn time in seconds.
- PauseTimer #Pause the timer for all combats. Type the command again to unpause the timer.
- SetSummonTurnMultiplier <float> #Default : 0.5 | Summons turn timer take the normal timer and multiply it by this value.
- SetMinimumTurnTime <integer> #Default : 15 | Turn time cannot go below this value, even if the multipliers make it lower.

How to install the script extender
You can see Odinblade's guide
You can also use LaughingLeader's mod manager[github.com] to automatically install the extender. You can also enable console from there by looking into Preferences.

Credits
Norbyte for his awesome extender, LaughingLeader for helping me to learn how to mod UI.

For mod creators
You can as a mod creator put bonus and penalty on the turn timer of specific characters. To do that, put an integer value in seconds into the TMR_BonusRawTime variable of the character, it will be added on its turn. You can also apply a float multiplier with TMR_BonusMultiplierTime with default value of 1.0.

Does this affects enemies the AI too?

Heads up, the timer does not show up on the UI when using a controller. The mod still works, so stay on your toes!

man i hope this will included in giftbag content. feel a bit inconvenience asking all player to install it manually.

and 60 sec for each character is abit too much dont you think. in xcom MP we get 60 sec controlling 4 character in 1 turn. how about sett default to 30 sec:)

What discord server are you talking about?

Can you please join the discord server for troubleshooting that problem ? The Steam workshop is quite uninconvenient.

Indeed I did.

Well, "this does not work" doesn't provide me much information about your issue. What does the console says? Did you used the "!" prefix (!SetTurnTime 90)?

Hey, I wanted to change the time limit of a turn to 90 seconds instead of 60, but when I hit "Enter" (as stated), and input the command (I have the console enabled via script extender, and changed the setting under "Preferences"), but this does not work. Am I doing something wrong?

You can also use LaughingLeader's mod manager to automatically install the extender. You can also enable console from there by looking into Preferences.
The turn timer options are written in the save file.
