Description
On extreme world threat, independent faction will have greater army strength. Marauder encounter is much more dangerous.

Invasion army strength is not affacted.

Incompatible with anomaly sites, make sure to set it to none.

Losing capital to tier 3 marauders on turn 10 is fun. I wonder how AI manage it, though I use Stronger AI mod so probably they are fine with 150% army of standard extreme AI.
