"Stubby" Narrowboat

Description
This is a small, scale-ish narrowboat. The computer inside is not mine, I found it on the workshop.

Starting directions -
1 - Throttle up
2 - Starter button

Enjoy

Issues -
Large stabilizer on the bottom - Fixed 6/28/20.
Not stable in waves - Fix = it's ok at slow speeds
Low speed - Fix = why I added the high speed button, however, keep in mind fuel efficiency gets murdered when this is on (~5km range, compared to 40km with it off)
