Description
Doubles the limit of naval factories per line

The game's GUI doesn't update to adjust to the new limit so use the plus button above the ship on the production tab to increase it beyond the normal limit

Details:
* Destroyers, Light Cruisers & Submarines upped from 10 to 20
* Heavy Cruisers, Heavy Ships & Carriers upped from 5 to 10
* Convoys upped from 15 to 30

Put Heavy Cruisers, Heavy Ships & Carrier to 15 or 20.
