Spuds' example radio crane controllerer

This is a working sample of how to radio control a crane. Currently supported are the fluid cranes, Crude oil,Diesel, and Jet fuel

It uses my microproccessor to control things, with the primary use being to choose the correct frequency for each crane type.

It allows you to cycle through the 3 different fluid crane types, controlling them.

Using the display composite out is optional. It is used to display the crane type being controlled (c)rude oil, (d)iesel fuel, or (j)et fuel. Likewise the fluid in data is optional.

You MUST feed an ON signal to your radio antenna to make it transmit

Frequencies are
1202 Diesel
1267 Crrude Oil
1863 Jet Fuel

Channels used to control the crane
1 left,
2 right,
3 up,
4 down,
5 release/disconnect

channel 6 takes an ON input to cycle to the next crane type.
channels 7-13 are used to control a 7 segment display
channel 14 is used to display local tank' level (optional)
