Description
This mod increases Production Efficiency to always be at 200% no matter what!

-Finally you can go fullspeed on production with all of your Military Factories!
-Every Line will start with 200% Efficiency!
-Efficiency Cap increased from 50% to 200%!
-Changing production to another equipment type won't lower Production Efficiency!
-100% Save-Game Compatible!
-Affects all Nations including AI!
-I did not edit any files but created a unique .lua file so it is compatible with all Mods that do not change these specific Commands!

Full Changelog:
-EFFICIENCY_LOSS_PER_UNUSED_DAY = 0 (meaning no efficiency will be lost if you take factories off the line)
-BASE_FACTORY_START_EFFICIENCY_FACTOR = 200 (originally 10% starting Efficiency)
-BASE_FACTORY_MAX_EFFICIENCY_FACTOR = 200 (originally 50% maximum Efficiency)
-BASE_FACTORY_EFFICIENCY_VARIANT_CHANGE_FACTOR = 0 (originally -90% Efficiency when changing production Variants)
-BASE_FACTORY_EFFICIENCY_PARENT_CHANGE_FACTOR = 0 (originally -30% Efficiency when changing from parent <--> children)
-BASE_FACTORY_EFFICIENCY_FAMILY_CHANGE_FACTOR = 0 (originally -70% Efficiency when changing with the same family)
-BASE_FACTORY_EFFICIENCY_ARCHETYPE_CHANGE_FACTOR = 0 (originally -20% Efficiency when changing with the same archetype)

If you could. Can you make a version that doesn't keep the efficiency at a set cap. Example it starts at 100 but with in-game tech it can reach 200%, and still keep the change factor instead of eliminating it. I feel this would be the most immersive and also more balanced.
