TIOW Sound Patch

This mod was made with the intent to equalize the volume of weapon sounds in the "There is Only War" mod.
The weapons that had their volume lowered currently are:
all Bolters/Heavy Bolter
all Lasrifles
all Plasma guns
all Flamers
type14
hellgun
The single weapon types that got a volume increase was:
all shotguns

This mod is meant for users to be able to increase their volume settings without blowing their ear drums out (this one's for you Space Marine Chapters). I found so many people using TIOW with their effects volume on 5%, and this is me trying to correct it.

Since this mod only changes volume, it can be used as a client side mod.
