according to this author, it's caused by registering the move a long time ago. Probably the move craft was still buggy that time, You can easily fix it by re-registering/reupload your data, it seems no change is needed.

I can find the move in MED slots, but can't find it in the BIG slot. I'm guessing you might need to add it manually?

Wait, it should be available in the BIG section. All MED moves are available in the BIG section as far as I know.
