Description
Revision of European Uppercut B.

I may or may not have forgotten to have made the move do damage in the first version. That isn't a problem on this one. The move is still essentially the same, a European Uppercut that doesn't drop the opponent.

Front Grapple, Small damage.

I really appreciate that you took the wind-up/pat out of this version. Gives it a rapid feel, but also gives the one that's already in the game that puts the opponent on their ass feel like it has something extra too.
