Report a translation problem
I think it has to do with creature's that aren't allowed to spawn via wildlife edge-of-map style, only through events and whatnot. Furthermore, it's annoying to see, as it doesn't actually pop up until, oh, 1-5 minutes after you load a map, depending on the number of creatures in play.
If you load a game, and after about 30-60 seconds, you notice a huge amount of lag, you can pause the game, then just walk away for a while. When you get back, you'll get the negative weight errors, and the lag will be gone.
