Start a multiplayer game.
Load the Scoreboard by pressing the Tab key.
Press the Home key to enable profile selections.
Use the Page Up and Page Down keys to find the player you’re reporting.
Press the End key to load their profile.
Click the down arrow at the top of their profile page.
Select Report User.
Select why you’re reporting the player.
Tell us where the incident you're reporting happened.
Give us any other additional comments that will help us investigate.
Click Submit.

3. click on cheater's name to get their origin profile
4. report user
