Description
The tilefish it is a group of fishes which lives near the bottom of the sea.Some can reach considerable size and are subject of fishing but others have a size which made them interesting options for marine aquariums.This group sometimes called Sand tilefish have attractive color patterns.The problem is that they are hard to catch in their natural enviroment and also have a fame for been really delicate.That explain why only in recent years they are becoming a lit bit more popular in the hobby.

there are not too much information about this fishes.So it would be common found diferents points of view about the same specie.There are 2 other species which have bright colours.

Some old sites say they're peaceful and friendly, but I think they are probably out of date.

cool,I had doubts about to add the bully condition for the blue jaw tilefish but its appropiate from the perspective of aquarists.

The purple tilefish is really beautiful and makes a great addition to my usual coral reef community tank. And the meaner tilefish can go with my other bullies.
